Organizations or groups may choose to contract with Elevate P3 to provide a private course offering to their employees or group members. Our privately offered Facilitating Career Development courses at Elevate P3 are open only to members of the organization or group through which they are arranged and organized. The course may be personally funded or paid for through the organizing organization or group depending on contract arrangement. The dates and times of the course meetings will be negotiated with the organizing organization or group and will be then be pre-set and available to students prior to the beginning of their course. A privately contracted FCD course will never be advertised, either on our website or any outside website, for any public registration. The organization or group sponsoring the course may set up private registrations for their employees or members only, with no outside or public registrations authorized.
The cost for our privately offered Facilitating Career Development courses start at $1200 per student but are negotiable based upon the number of students you will be sending through the training session. Any cost negotiations would be part of any contract or agreement made between Elevate P3 and any organization/group to deliver the Facilitating Career Development course privately. The costs will include a tuition cost per student + the $250 cost for the required FCD Student Manual which will constitute the final per student course cost when added together. Each student who completes the Facilitating Career Development course with us at Elevate P3 would also have the initial application fee for their Certified Career Services Professional (CCSP) certification application covered, as well as being offered a 1-year national membership to the National Career Development Association (NCDA) for anyone who is not already a national member (new memberships only), at no additional cost to the organization or the student. The private course cost could be more than, less than, or the same cost as a publicly offered course depending on many factors, however most organizations can potentially realize a cost savings when contracting a private course with Elevate P3. Negotiated course costs may depend on a number of factors including total number of students, time period for completion, location for completion (online or in-person), availability of instructors, and other factors.
As mentioned above, our course cost does include the required FCD Student Manual (NCDA requires each student receive a new copy of this manual that will be directly registered to them in their own name, therefore used, borrowed, or "handed-down" materials are not authorized IAW NCDA policies, sorry).
