Who We Are
We are a specialized training and consulting firm that is headquartered in Melbourne, FL. We offer hands-on management consulting services in our local region and we are also an authorized training provider for both the Building and Leading Resilient Teams course and the Facilitating Career Development (FCD) course which are offered both virtually and in-person.
Our mission is to provide high quality, wold-class consulting services and training programs that serve to empower people to go out into their world and empower others.

Our Management Consulting Services
We offer our consulting services to businesses in the local Brevard County area of Florida, as well to businesses within a regional travel area. We help businesses improve or correct problems directly attributable to management-related causes. This can range from inexperienced management issues to employee engagement & satisfaction issues to workflow process issues to customer loyalty issues and more.

Our Authorized Partnership Training Courses
Through our training partnerships, we offer two different world-class courses which could lead you to professional certifications in your field.
We offer the Building and Leading Resilient Teams course online, in-person, or in a hybrid format both publicly to individual registrants and privately to groups and organizations. We also offer a private coaching option. Completion of the Building and Leading Resilient Teams course can qualify you to apply for the Resilience-Building Leadership Professional (RBLP) certification and is a requirement to qualify to apply for either the Resilience-Building Leadership Professional Coach (RBLP-C) certification or the Resilience-Building Leadership Professional Trainer (RBLP-T) certification.
We also offer the Facilitating Career Development (FCD) course online, in-person, or in a hybrid format both publicly to individual registrants through our public courses and privately to groups and organizations. Completion of the FCD Course is a requirement to apply for either the Certified Career Services Professional (CCSP) or the Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) certifications.

Meet Our Founder & Chief Empowerment Officer
Steve Barber is the Founder & Chief Empowerment Officer of Elevate P3. He serves as our Lead Coach and Consultant. He also serves as our Lead Trainer for our Building and Leading Resilient Teams course and Facilitating Career Development course offerings. He has over 25 years of management and leadership experience in a variety of settings (private industry, nonprofit, academic, church & ministry, and military). In addition to his role at Elevate P3, he is an Assistant Professor of Management at Eastern Florida State College. Steve holds a Master of Science in HR Training & Development, Master of Arts in Professional Development, Bachelor of Science in Business Management, and numerous professional certifications in leadership and management, human resources, and the career services industry (RBLP-T, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CCSP, GCDF-I). He is also a proud retired military veteran who served for more than 21 years in the U.S. Army.
