Potential Certifications Available After Completing Training

The Resilience-Building Leadership Professional (RLBP) certification is offered through the Resilience-Building Leadership Program (RLBP). In order to apply for the certification, the applicant must first complete either the Self-Study Program or the Building and Leading Resilient Teams course with an RBLP Authorized Training Partner such as us at Elevate P3. The applicant must then pass a 1.5 hour oral examination demonstrating competence in factual (what), conceptual (why), and procedural knowledge  (how) in the Create a Positive Climate, Develop Cohesion, and Provide  Purpose competency domains. The cost of the initial RBLP certification application is $875. Elevate P3 will provide a 10% discount code towards the exam fees to anyone who completes the Building and Leading Resilient Teams course with us at Elevate P3 or completes the Self Study Program through RBLP (please reach out if you have completed the Self-Study Program and are preparing to take the RBLP oral exam). The cost of the course through Elevate P3 and the cost of the exam through RBLP may be covered by your employer's professional development funds. The cost of the initial RBLP-C certification application is $2375. The Certified Career Services Professional (CCSP) certification is offered through the National Career Development Association (NCDA). In order to apply for the certification, the applicant must first complete the Facilitating Career Development course and then pass a scenario-based examination with multiple presented scenarios they must respond to. The cost of the initial CCSP certification application is included in the course cost when completing the Facilitating Career Development course with Elevate P3.

Completion of the FCD course is only one requirement for this certification. Applicants must meet all the requirements put forth and be approved by the credentialing authority.

The Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) certification is offered through the Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE). In order to apply for the certification, the applicant must first complete the Facilitating Career Development course and then submit a portfolio of their professional experience and education showing that they meet the requirements of the certification. Requirements differ based on education/experience levels of applicant. The cost of the initial GCDF certification application is $100.
